Travel restrictions in Morocco

With the rise of Covid-19 infections and because the conditions for entering the country are changing relatively quickly, we have decided to prepare an article for you about what you need to enter Morocco. The article was written on 29/11/2021 and updated on 11/12/2021.

UPDATE 11.12.2021:

Morocco has extended the closure of borders until 31.12.2021.
We are sincerely sorry that you will not be able to spend your Christmas and New Year holidays with us as you planned.

We wish you a happy holiday and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2022!

See you next year!

UPDATE ON 11.12.2021:

Unfortunately, this Monday does not bring good news. After the suspensions of direct flights with England, the Netherlands and Germany, France followed just a few days ago.

Yesterday, the official authorities announced the information that all flights to Morocco will be canceled, starting tomorrow, 30.12.2021. The measure is expected to last for the next 14 days. So including 13.12.2021.

Let’s cross our fingers that this will really be only for 2 weeks! We still hope you will spend your Christmas and New Year holidays with us as you planned.

We will keep you informed of changes!

In case of ambiguity or obtaining other information, please contact us and we will check the conditions for entry from your country again.

To enter Morocco, you must be fully vaccinated. This restriction is valid from 18.11.2021. Only the negative result of the PCR test is no longer valid. Countries are still divided into List A and List B.

Everyone coming from countries, on list A, must be fully vaccinated. From countries, listed on list B, you must be fully vaccinated and have a negative PCR test result. The test must not be older than 48 hours, between sample collection and departure to Morocco.

Public health passenger form, which can be downloaded from here – Public health passenger form – Morocco – , must also be completed. Some airlines will give it to you on the plane, but they also have it at the airport upon arrival in Morocco.
However, if you don’t want to waste your time at the airport, we suggest you download, print, and fill it out at home.

Below you can see the countries on list B. All other countries not on this list are on list A.

In case of doubt, please contact us. We suggest that you double-check country restrictions a day or two before you leave on a vacation, for any changes. We do not want you to be banned from boarding a plane due to superficiality. As a result, you lose money on paid airline tickets and ruin your planned vacation in Morocco.

Also, check the conditions for returning to your home country so that you will not be hit by quarantine that you did not expect!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Due to the increase in infections, we still have special conditions at the time of booking. For the reservation, it is necessary to pay only a 50.00€ deposit, which is non-refundable. However, it is transferable and is valid as a deposit for a new date. The difference is paid up to a few days before arrival on our bank account, and in the event that you are denied boarding the plane, we will refund the paid difference to your bank account.
