We were surfing in Tamraght, Anza, Tamri and Imsouane all in one week. Yoga instructor was a legend - it feels good to stretch a bit after surf sessions :). The food in Tiziri surf house is so amazing they might start a restaurant 🙂 Tamraght is a great starting location for trips N and S down the coastline. I couldn't recommend Tiziri surf house enough for escaping European winter and enjoying some sun and surf in Morocco. We will come back to Morocco and Tiziri for sure. Keep up the good work crew 🙂

I felt very welcome in the Surf House and got to meet great like-minded people during my stay. Yassine and his family, and all the surf instructors will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. Also they are very flexible so they will be happy to adjust things for you, or arrange something extra. The food was awesome and it was great that I didn't have to think about my nut allergy, as they take any allergy or diet wish into account. Besides learning to surf I also learnt many new things in Yoga, the teacher really makes sure that the yoga lessons are suited for what the group wants and needs on each day. Definitely recommend going to Tiziri!

The country was beautiful and the people were lovely. Tamraght is a small village, but it is only a 10 min drive to nearby villages with more restaurants that are also really nice to walk around and spend the evening in (like Taghazout).

so if you would like to visit authentic Morocco, learn how to surf and meet lovely people, Tiziri is totally the place for you!

The stuff is super flexible and try very hard to make your stay perfect! For example did Yassin or Abdo watch the waves in several places to see where they are best. Whatever you need, just ask and they will make it possible! Even the nights on the rooftop where unforgettable!

  Great accomodation in a typical small village, there is not much around but the staff will provide you with anything you might need. The only small negative note concerns the room cleaning service, which must be expressly requested (what was aked to do in the surf house rules did not work).

Abdou and Hamza made our first surf experience worth recomending to anyone. Great teaching and cheering on us! Plus you get awesome photos of each surf session. August baby waves are perfect for beginners.

Food was nice, for the most part (hard to please the Italians with pasta! ahahah) but we loved Soumia's desserts and the traditional food she cooked for us. Dishes are mainly veggie based with not much meat and fish, unfortunately.

Everyone is very kind and friendly and they also helped us organize the two extra days we stayed there. 100% recommend this experience.

  If you have never been to Morocco or only experienced the big cities, this place will be a new experience. It's a small village, no ATM, but the B&B is... read more modern, neat, extremely clean with spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The other villages with more restaurants are just a few min away. Also there are 2 hip cafes nearby, 5min walk.
I learned to surf wit Abdollah and Hamza from Tiziri Surf. It was intensive, a bit cold sometimes but once you are in the water, it is so much fun!
And yoga afterwards with Lena was intensive but fun as I discovered new ways to embarrass myself while folding into a knot.

Who can say they learned to surf while horses and camels stood by watching you? And what surf retreat will spend multiple hours a day with you, not only to teach but also to just enjoy?
And they make sure getting there is not a hassle, they are very well organised and even take care of lunch.

The only downside had nothing to do with Tiziri Surf. I turned out to be the only one at the stay because several others cancelled due to Covid and due to flight changes because of the war. Although a bit lonely at times, they made sure I never ate alone, brought me to nice places in the evening and eventually I met several other surfers that joined the classes and trips.

I chose Tiziri Surf after spending hours looking for the right Surf School in Portugal. This is way better since you get a lot more time in the water on your board and there is simply more to experience when it comes to culture, food and local customs.

The hostel is very modern and clean, comfortably furnished and is more hotel than hostel.

It doesn't matter if you wanna surf for the first time or to improve your skills- that is the perfect place to do it! They practice their profession so enthusiastically that you quickly take the first steps and definitively want to continue afterwards. They are always looking for the perfect waves and conditions and motivate you as much as possible to see your progress.

If you wanna catch some waves in an incredible atmosphere in a lovely and nice country and furthermore in an amazing surf hostel - you have to go there and you'll meet great people from all over the world and have a great stay!

I'll return as fast as possible to Tiziri Surf Maroc!

I had such a great week at Tiziri, I literally fell in love with the place.
I booked a 7days surf package and it was just perfect!... read more You get the chance to surf twice a day (morning class and afternoon supervision). The teachers are great, always in the water with you, giving you advices and motivation to improve your technique over the week. Yassine and the team are so flexible in regards to the program and our needs so you can have the best time.
3 meals a day are planned in the package and you won't get disappointed. The breakfast and dinner are just amazing, homemade and local food, it's so good. The lunch are packed food, with everything you need to re-energize in between 2 sessions.
The place is also super nice and clean with a beautiful rooftop to enjoy the after surf moments and sunsets! Everyone is so welcoming, I felt home directly.
A huge THANKS to the Tiziri Team, I will be back for sure!

  Very nice surfcamp with super friendly staff. Hôtel is clean, nice roof top and the food is amazing (homemade).

Beds however are not very confortable and the twin private... read more room was very dark with no windows. Showers are spacious and nice however. The hotel maybe lacks some entertainment like games, table tennis or so but the place is still young so its understandable.

Surfing sessions could be more adjusted according to best conditions (tide and forecast), even it meant waking up earlier and splitting the surfing sessions in two (morning and evening), but it was not proposed. For example the day trip to Imsouane was wasted as we arrived there too late, conditions were already declining when we arrived...

  There are moments in life that stay carved in your memory for ever.
The week I spent at Tiziri Surf Maroc was one of those.

Amazing caring... read more hosts and teachers, that will do anything to make you feel at home. Surf lessons with teachers that always have an eye on what you are doing, always cheer you up and give you personalised advice on what you can do to improve your surfing (there were 3 teachers for 12 guests when I was there, including 2 always in the water with us).
Daily photographs of the surfing session and daily review in the evening.
Amazing local food, prepared with love, taking into account any specific need you might have (gluten free, vegan, allergies...).
Program of the day is adapted depending on surf conditions and what you wanna do, for you to have the best experience possible: surfing in several different spots (including Imsouane, the longest wave in Africa), sand surfing, skating, local visits (souk, Paradise Valley, Taghazout...). Depending on the week and package you sign for, you can also join yoga classes, which is the perfect complement to a good day of surfing.
The surf house is very clean, with enough space for everyone to feel very comfortable and at ease without stepping on each other's toes.
I definitely wanna come back to this house that now feels like a safe heaven to me.
It is the perfect place to recharge, forget about your stressful life and live in the present moment.

  We did a surf and yoga package with Tiziri Surf Maroc. It has been a wonderful and unique experience. All the team is really friendly and professionnal, whatever your level... read more and expectations. You will stay in a beautiful and comfortable house, the food is amazing (especially the breakfast) even in the ramadan period. My friends and I, went there from 15 to 22 of April, and we were 13 people from different countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, France...) and it fits so well, like we were always friends.
We had a great week. Yassine adapts the days according to the weather and takes us to the best spots. We also wished to make visits (the valley of paradise, the souk, etc...). Everything was perfectly organized, in consultation with everyone. In short, I can only encourage you to discover this wonderful place.
